Refund & Return Policy

Returns

You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn and unused

  • Be in the same condition you received them

  • Have all original tags attached and undamaged

  • Be returned in the original packaging, including the Burnt Brownie box, undamaged

  • Be in resellable condition

You will also need your order confirmation email or receipt.

Burnt Brownie reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.


How to Start a Return

To request a return, please email support@burntbrownie.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the item(s)

Once your return request is approved, items must be shipped back within 10 days.
Returns shipped outside of this timeframe may not be accepted.

Please do not send items back without first contacting us, as this helps ensure your return is properly documented and processed.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Burnt Brownie is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact support@burntbrownie.com within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and photos of the item and packaging, so we can make it right.


Shipping Issues, Lost Packages & Address Accuracy

Once an order has shipped, customers are responsible for monitoring tracking information and ensuring a safe delivery location.

Burnt Brownie is not responsible for packages marked as delivered but lost or stolen, including theft after delivery or delivery to an unsecured location.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is complete and accurate. Burnt Brownie is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Orders delivered to the wrong address, returned to sender, or lost due to address errors are not eligible for refunds or replacements. If an order is returned to us due to an address issue, additional shipping fees may apply to have the order reshipped.

In rare cases, Burnt Brownie may choose to replace an order as a one-time courtesy, but this is not guaranteed and does not create an obligation for future replacements.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Items that show signs of wear, washing, stains, odors, pet hair, or damage

  • Items returned without original tags or original packaging


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different size or color, the fastest way is to return the original item following the steps above and place a new order.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or denial.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.

If it has been more than 10 business days since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact support@burntbrownie.com.


EU Customers

If your order ships to a country in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason.

To receive a refund, items must be returned in accordance with our return eligibility requirements, including being unworn, unused, with original tags attached, and in original packaging. Refunds will be issued after the returned item is received and inspected.
