3. ORDERS & PRE-ORDERS
When you place an order, you make an offer to buy. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.
Pre-orders are charged at checkout and will ship only after the date shown on the product page.
Your order is covered by our Refund & Return Policy.
4. PRICES & BILLING
Prices may change without notice. The price you pay is the one in effect at the time of your order.
Unless noted, prices do not include taxes, shipping, or duties.

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All posted delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.
Once an order is handed to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.
6. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Our Refund & Return Policy governs all returns.
We offer 14 days after delivery to request a return of eligible items.
Items must be unworn, unused, in original packaging, and have tags attached.
Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All names, logos, designs, photos, text, and other content on our site are owned by Seralune Studios LLC or our licensors and may not be used without our written permission.
8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES & LINKS
We are not responsible for third-party sites or tools linked through our Services. Use them at your own risk.
9. RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted by Shopify, but your purchases are made directly with Burnt Brownie. Shopify is not a party to your transactions with us.
10. FEEDBACK
By submitting suggestions or reviews, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use them for any lawful purpose.
You represent that you own your feedback and that it doesn’t infringe others’ rights.
