Shipping Policy

Pre-Orders & Shipping Timeline

  • All current orders are pre-orders.

  • Pre-orders placed now will begin shipping after October 20, 2025.

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.


Processing Time

  • After the shipping start date (October 20), please allow 3–5 business days for us to prepare and pack your order before it’s picked up by the carrier.

  • During busy launch periods or holidays, processing may take a little longer — we’ll keep you updated by email.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and order size.

  • Delivery time begins after your order has shipped, not when it’s placed.

  • Most U.S. orders arrive in 3–7 business days once shipped, depending on the carrier and your location.

  • We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. (International shipping will be added in the future.)


Free Shipping Threshold

  • We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 In the U.S. (before tax and after discounts).


Order Tracking

  • You’ll receive an email with your tracking number once your order ships.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to update after you receive the confirmation email.


Address Accuracy

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

  • We can’t guarantee changes after an order is submitted.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we’ll contact you. We can reship once the correct address is provided and you cover the new shipping fee.


Delivery Issues

  • Once we hand your package to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you.

  • We’re not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier or events beyond our control.

  • If your package is marked as “delivered” but you can’t find it, please check with your neighbors, household members, or your local post office first.

  • If your package arrives damaged, email support@burntbrownie.com with your order number and photos within 7 days of delivery.


Cancellations & Returns

  • Pre-orders can usually be canceled only before the order has been processed for shipping.

  • After shipment, our Refund & Return Policy applies.
